Most Bali itineraries look the same on paper: a temple at sunrise, a rice terrace walk, a beach club afternoon, a long dinner. They look great, but they leave very little room to simply slow down together. A couples massage is the one item that gives you that space, and it fits into almost any day without rearranging your plans.

Bali trips are full by design. You are moving between areas, climbing stairs, riding scooters, swimming, and often waking up early. By day three or four, most couples are tired in the same places: shoulders, lower back, feet.
A couples massage solves this in a way two separate appointments never can. You are in the same room, at the same time, finishing the session together. There is no waiting for your partner in a lobby and no splitting your evening in two. For honeymooners, anniversary trips and couples travelling together for the first time, it is a shared moment that actually feels like part of the holiday rather than a chore between activities.
You don’t need a free day. The easiest slots are usually:
Because Putu’s team travels to you, none of these slots needs travel time. If you are staying in Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud or any of the other areas we cover, you only need to be at your villa or hotel. See our guides for Massage in Seminyak , and Massage in Ubud , for area specific ideas.
When you book with Putu, the team brings what is needed to your door. You message us on WhatsApp, share your location and room or villa details, and we confirm your time. Two therapists arrive and set up in a space of your choice, such as a living room, a terrace or a bedroom. A massage table is available for an additional charge if you prefer one. You then relax side by side for the full session. At the end, you pay the therapist directly.
Not sure which massage to choose? Our Couple Balinese Massage is the most popular starting point. It is a flowing, calming style that works well for first timers. If one of you likes firmer pressure, you can ask for a different style on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
Couples rarely want exactly the same thing, and that is fine. A quick guide:

Book same day or a day ahead. Putu’s team takes same day bookings, but evening slots fill first.
Tell us about any injuries, sensitivities or pregnancy when you message us.
Eat lightly beforehand and drink water afterwards.
Choose a calm space with enough room for two people to lie side by side.
Keep your schedule open for 30 minutes after the session so you don’t rush out of the relaxed state.
Putu Bali Spa Home Care is a registered local business serving 400+ guests every month across South Bali. Our guests come mostly from Australia, followed by the USA, Europe and Indonesia. Our team is trained to one standard, and we bring clean, ready to use equipment to every booking. You can read more about our services on our Services Page.
Can we have a couples massage in our own villa?
Yes. Two therapists come to your villa or hotel, set up, and give both of you a massage at the same time.
How far ahead should we book?
Same day booking is usually possible. For evening slots, message us a day ahead if you can.
Is a couples massage good for honeymooners?
It is a popular choice for honeymooners because you can enjoy it together without leaving your accommodation.
What if we want different pressure?
Tell us on WhatsApp. Each of you can request your own pressure level during the session.
Do we pay in advance?
No. You pay the therapist directly at the end of the session.
A couples massage is one of the simplest ways to add a quiet, shared moment to a busy Bali itinerary. Message Putu and we will help you pick a time and a style that fit your plans.
