Yes, absolutely. We understand this is important to you and we take it very seriously. All our therapists are experienced professionals who have worked with hundreds of international guests. We are a registered local business and every team member is carefully selected. Many of our guests come back to us again and again — and that trust means everything to us.
In most areas of Bali we can arrive within 1 to 2 hours. If you are in a more remote area or need a same-day booking, just message us and we will do our best. For late-night or early-morning sessions, a little advance notice helps | but we will always try our best to accommodate you.
We are open 24 hours and genuinely happy to come at any time. For bookings after 22:00 PM we add a small extra charge of 50K to cover our therapist travelling at night. Other than that, the price is exactly as listed | no surprises.
Yes, and we love group bookings! Whether it is a couple wanting a side-by-side massage, a bachelorette party, a family holiday or a villa full of friends — just let us know how many people and which treatments you would like. We will arrange the right number of therapists and make it a truly special experience.
We bring everything you need | fresh linens, towels, oils and all the tools for your chosen treatment. If you would like us to bring a massage table, we are happy to do that too for a small additional charge of 100K per hour. Just let us know when you book and we will arrange it. All you need to do is have a little space and be ready to relax!
Of course! If you had a wonderful experience with one of our therapists and would like to book them again, just let us know their name when you message us. We will do our best to arrange it for you.
